Trees We Service

We service any and all trees on our beautiful island. We have covered a number of the most popular trees that we service. Oahu's best tree services lie with us!

Coconut Tree

Arguably the most popular here in Hawaii, the coconut tree has lots of history. It’s palms offer shade and gorgeous colors of greens and yellows. The coconut itself is used for hundreds of things, including aiding in our health and well-being! These trees are beyond important and we take pride when working with them. Coconut trees need to be routinely trimmed to make sure the fronds can correctly grow. We want to keep coconut trees healthy as it is very hard to service them when they aren’t, and oftentimes lead to complete removal.

Koa Tree

The koa tree is ancient and extremely valuable. The wood from the koa tree is highly sought after and is used for many things including ukuleles and guitars. The koa tree is protected here in Hawaii, so maintenance is limited to pruning and trimming. The koa tree grows fast and is one of the biggest trees we have here in Oahu and Honolulu.

Hala Tree

The Hala tree is a favorite among natives as it grows down near the water. Hala trees have aerial roots and long branches. Hala trees can be trimmed for their fruit, that strictly grow on the female Hala trees.

Eucalyptus Tree in Oahu

Eucalyptus Tree

The eucalyptus tree is native to Australia but was brought here to Hawaii many years ago. It is known to be the tallest hardwood tree in the world and one of the most beautiful. The trunk of these trees are colorful and unique but the branches can sometimes be flimsy. Trimming of branches may aid in helping them not break and become damaged or cause damage during high winds.

Kukui Tree

The kukui tree, also known as the candlenut tree is our official state tree. It produces the kukui nut which is edible when boiled. The nut from the kukui tree also holds a lot of oil so can sometimes be burned. Trimming of branches near the crown of this tree for the first 5-6 years of its life is imperative for proper growth.

Banyan Tree

The banyan tree is a complex and intricate tree that grows tall while also broad. It too, like the koa, drops down aerial roots and those roots dig deep down into the earth and form a new “mini” trunk. The banyan tree is tricky to trim and prune but we are always up for the challenge.
